J H Media Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the internal Command Center Connector application (“Application”). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our Application.
1. Information Collection and Use Our Application connects directly to third-party APIs, specifically QuickBooks Online, to retrieve financial reporting data (including accounts receivable, profit and loss statement details, and sales metrics). This data is pulled on a read-only basis.
We use this information strictly for internal business intelligence, management reporting, and performance tracking via private dashboards. We do not use this data for any marketing or commercial purposes.
2. Data Sharing and Disclosure We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any data retrieved from third-party APIs with outside parties. Access to the processed data is strictly limited to authorized personnel within JH Media Group.
3. Data Security The security of your data is important to us. We implement industry-standard administrative and technical security measures (including secure token rotation, encryption protocols, and strict access controls on our servers) to safeguard the authentication credentials and data retrieved by the Application.
4. Third-Party Services The Application interacts with QuickBooks Online API services provided by Intuit Inc. Your use of those services is governed by Intuit’s own privacy terms and policies.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time for internal compliance tracking. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
