End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you and J H Media Group (“Company”) governing your use of the internal Command Center Connector application (“Application”).
1. License Grant Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for internal business operations and data processing related to J H Media Group.
2. Restrictions on Use You agree that you will not:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application to any third party.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
- Use the Application for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement.
3. Intellectual Property The Application, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Company.
4. Data Privacy and Security The Application connects to third-party APIs (including QuickBooks Online) to retrieve financial data. This data is processed strictly for internal reporting dashboards and is not shared with, sold to, or stored by external third parties.
5. Termination This Agreement is effective until terminated by Company. Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
6. Limitation of Liability The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.
